Delivery Policy

Goods purchased

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. and your goods will be posted the following business day.

Digital Delivery

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your software/license/access code via email within 1(one) working days.

Refund & Returns Policy

Please choose carefully as goods sold are non refundable. We are happy to exchange your purchase within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will exchange for a credit note that may only be used in the Webshop.

Returns on Clothing: Goods must be unworn, unwashed and be otherwise in its original condition including the tags being attached. Returns must be within 7 days from purchase date with receipt of goods. Clothing is non refundable but we are happy to exchange goods for credit notes that may be used in the Webshop should it be unsuitable/not fit.

We are proud of our quality control but in the unlikely event you purchase a product that is faulty then we will replace the product or refund in full. If you prefer we can provide you with a credit note for the Webshop.

*All refunds and exchanges must be accompanied with a valid receipt.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Wild Lily Empire will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
